But to his dismay, Gogo Elequemedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 9th minute, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Gogo Elequemedo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Kleopas Plouffe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Jesus Gana in the 14th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesar Romildo got free with Aristides Iztal in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Kleopas Plouffe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luke Jamieson in the 23rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Gogo Elequemedo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aristides Iztal. That made the score 3-1 after 25 minutes of play. 30 minutes into the match, GangsTaz F. C.'s goalkeeper Aristides Iztal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cesar Romildo. A collision led to Defensores de Mar de Ajó getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Valentin Laurendi hit a great ball. Kleopas Plouffe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Bernard in the 38th minute of the match. Defensores de Mar de Ajó:s Kleopas Plouffe showed great skill when he stopped Carmelo Ishmael:s penalty.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horacio Jesus Gana made a kick off. GangsTaz F. C.'s Aristides Iztal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião Paes in the 53rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Aznar in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aristides Iztal saved GangsTaz F. C. from getting behind. After having played for 56 minutes, Valentin Laurendi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Laurendi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 62 minutes into the game, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Silverio Belo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The Kleopas Plouffe was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. GangsTaz F. C. made a substitution. Abel Panfilo replaced Horacio Jesus Gana. In the 74th minute Abel Panfilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kleopas Plouffe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Panfilo came free, but Kleopas Plouffe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
