Waut Limpens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waut Limpens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Philippe-Arnaud Heremans showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 18 minute of play. Waut Limpens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philippe-Arnaud Heremans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Philippe-Arnaud Heremans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Limpens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Philippe-Arnaud Heremans was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to The Everett Hawks getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Philippe-Arnaud Heremans hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Three Towers United's Luka Uijtterhoeven got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes, The Everett Hawks's Willem-Jan Grootjans shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Waut Limpens came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in The Everett Hawks reached it. Waut Limpens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kris Van Eersel, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 66 minutes of play, The Everett Hawks's Kris Van Eersel made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waut Limpens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. In the 75th minute, Kris Van Eersel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waut Limpens was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. Henry Van Herendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Vloeberghs in the 80th minute of play. Waut Limpens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Nastasio in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute Andreas Pirlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Limpens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luke Van Bostraeten replaced Willem-Jan Grootjans. Waut Limpens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Pirlo in the 92nd minute of the match. Jorge Nastasio scored 13-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Waut Limpens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. The Everett Hawks fully deserved thier win.
