In the 35th minute Carlos Alberto Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fan Zhen Ke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Redbull Sala were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Los Galacticos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thomas Falkrantz took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Ahto Ylipikk heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Fan Zhen Ke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anton Månsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but David Lundgren made a huge save. Guo Chuan Shu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. David Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Los Galacticos made a substitution. Wu Mo replaced Yu Song Xun. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Alberto Bezerra to make the kick off. David Lundgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Månsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Anton Månsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Lundgren. Redbull Sala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anton Månsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Carlos Alberto Bezerra fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Redbull Sala's protests and gave Carlos Alberto Bezerra a yellow card for diving instead. After 71 played minutes Redbull Sala got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Alberto Bezerra. Los Galacticos's Xiao Jian Bo was substituted for Anton Månsson. Xiao Jian Bo struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. David Lundgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Galacticos. A collision led to Redbull Sala getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Pär Klack hit a great ball. Los Galacticos's Han Xiang Chao couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Redbull Sala. For all the effort they put into the match, the Redbull Sala players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Los Galacticos.
