Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Oporto in the 4th minute of the match. After 4 minutes of play, ★ Lobos FC ★'s Julio Oporto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Germano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 8 minutes, Erick Santamaria made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Oporto in the 17th minute of play. Julio Oporto charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julio Oporto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 played minutes ★ Lobos FC ★ got a freekick which was hit by Julio Oporto. Yasir Meza made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Edgard Barros sent off a good shot on target. Yasir Meza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Artaldo in the 30th minute of the match. If Edgard Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, ★ Lobos FC ★'s goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Barros came free, but Yasir Meza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 minutes, Augusto Hurtado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ★ Lobos FC ★ and the Club Atlético Atlanta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yasir Meza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgard Barros made a kick off. The supporters of ★ Lobos FC ★ booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to ★ Lobos FC ★ getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Sandu Mihu hit a great ball. Ciro Ferdinand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute, Edgard Barros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Carlos Germano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erick Santamaria in the 64th minute. Fabio Artaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Misael Chavez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 minutes of play ★ Lobos FC ★'s Julio Oporto was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Julio Oporto hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Abel Iban struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Yasir Meza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Atlanta. Severino Rojelio hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Yasir Meza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Barros in the 80th minute of the match. Erick Santamaria who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Carlos Germano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 84 minutes into the match, ★ Lobos FC ★'s goal looked a bit too open when Abel Iban came free, but Yasir Meza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yasir Meza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Barros in the 87th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
