Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Rosen in the 16th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Catugi FC got a freekick which was hit by Dé Britto. In the 21stth minute of the game Agnaldo Brodel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KKS Magines's Borys Parzysz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Rosen in the 40th minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Reko Nybacka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, Catugi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Bastos to maneuver through the defense. After 42 played minutes, KKS Magines's Feliks Jakisz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Reko Nybacka came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KKS Magines reached it. Borys Parzysz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Brodel in the 43rd minute of the match. Catugi FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aírton de Queiroz in the 45th minute. After taking down the ball on Catugi FC's corner Aírton de Queiroz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Borys Parzysz quite easily take care of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agnaldo Brodel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Feliks Jakisz came free, but Reko Nybacka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dé Britto was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Reko Nybacka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Rosen in the 58th minute. Aírton de Queiroz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Borys Parzysz. KKS Magines's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wincent Zecman's late challenge caught a Catugi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wincent Zecman helped the player get up and apologised. Wincent Zecman kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Reko Nybacka was a little too slow when Roman Rosen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-1. Zé Augusto Castro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched KKS Magines eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
