Laerte de Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Federico Illan was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the KяαdivÄch3 FC defense, Luisinho Mattos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teofilo Pinto. The KяαdivÄch3 FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teofilo Pinto should have stopped the shot. Federico Illan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Laerte de Barros made a huge save. In the 65th minute of the match, Ciriaco Mateus got a very nice opportunity to score, but Laerte de Barros was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
