Germán Cano started the match with the kick off. Allan Guerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Vinícius Olgado made a huge save. After some careless play in the TRICOSHOW F.CLUB defense, Thomás Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samuca Zonta. The TRICOSHOW F.CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuca Zonta should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Nelsinho da Costa could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Vinícius Olgado however easily saved by the left post. Vinícius Olgado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Percy Madureira in the 19th minute. The supporters of Green Academy booed when TRICOSHOW F.CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Guerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute Thomás Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nelsinho Xavier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Vinícius Olgado made a huge save. 31 minutes into the match, Green Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Dieguinho Massa came free, but Vinícius Olgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuca Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germán Cano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th match minute, Green Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Umberto Amaral to maneuver through the defense. Vinícius Olgado was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Percy Madureira. When Marcinho Paes fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Green Academy's protests and gave Marcinho Paes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th minute, Marcinho Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Green Academy's goalkeeper Vinícius Olgado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dieguinho Massa. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Nelsinho Xavier took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Vinícius Olgado to make any attempt to save it. Vinícius Olgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dieguinho Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Green Academy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Percy Madureira was slow to take the kick. During this time TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's players had a chance to rest. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dieguinho Massa made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Thomás Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Green Academy's Thomás Garcia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Samuca Zonta. Samuca Zonta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Green Academy made a substitution. Samuel Siqueira replaced Germán Cano. With a little luck, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Samuca Zonta got control of the ball when Samuel Siqueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vinícius Olgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Percy Madureira in the 63rd minute of the match. 66 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Green Academy's Thomás Garcia fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. With his leg Samuca Zonta managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Green Academy's Samuel Siqueira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Green Academy were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcinho Paes took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Marcinho Paes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Samuca Zonta quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Miguel Pires fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's protests and gave Miguel Pires a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th match minute, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Pires to maneuver through the defense. Samuca Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Augusto Munhoz in the 90th minute of the match. Green Academy's Vinícius Olgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Guerra in the 92nd minute of play. After 95 played minutes Green Academy got a freekick which was hit by Jano Schmidt. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
