The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The THE ROKERY PIMKIS fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Valentin Kastner looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 15 played minutes PoznanGalaxy got a freekick which was hit by Gunter Kretzschmann. After 16 played minutes, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Detlef Känel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusebio Bankesch came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in THE ROKERY PIMKIS reached it. In the 21st minute, Timofej Fülberth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 played minutes, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Michele Pfäffli shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusebio Bankesch came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in THE ROKERY PIMKIS reached it. The supporters of PoznanGalaxy booed when THE ROKERY PIMKIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Detlef Känel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adam Lücker hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, PoznanGalaxy's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Kastner came free, but Eusebio Bankesch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clark Wolters recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the game, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Valentin Kastner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eusebio Bankesch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3.

A collision led to THE ROKERY PIMKIS getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Gautier Gehrig hit a great ball. In the 57th minute Valentin Kastner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Bankesch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 63 minutes, Vahid Kaas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PoznanGalaxy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vahid Kaas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eusebio Bankesch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Kastner in the 65th minute of the match. Eusebio Bankesch was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Gian-Carlo Van Den Maagdenberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gian-Carlo Van Den Maagdenberg really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Jurij Iten was substituted for Michele Pfäffli. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Jimmy Schöpfer was substituted for Mattia Lütolf. Eusebio Bankesch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentin Kastner in the 73rd minute. Beat Croteau kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gian-Carlo Van Den Maagdenberg got free with Eusebio Bankesch in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vahid Kaas kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The supporters of THE ROKERY PIMKIS booed when PoznanGalaxy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clark Wolters didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentin Kastner's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eusebio Bankesch firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Gautier Gehrig put in a rough tackle. Tiago Gabriel De La Hoz had in the 90thth minute some difficulties stopping Gunter Kretzschmann's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 90th minute, Gunter Kretzschmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Gabriel De La Hoz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurij Iten in the 94th minute of play forced PoznanGalaxy's goalkeeper Eusebio Bankesch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to PoznanGalaxy getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Amadeo Wright hit a great ball. In the 97th match minute, PoznanGalaxy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timofej Fülberth to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched THE ROKERY PIMKIS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
