The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Erland came free, but Edvaldo Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvaldo Brasil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaw Erland in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute Gustaw Erland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 played minutes SAS got a freekick which was hit by Nilmar de Queiroz. When Edgar Salles came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the SAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Salles couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute Luiz Guilherme Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Mazzola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Salles in the 21st minute of play forced Fc Aroosos's goalkeeper Bernardo Mazzola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gustaw Erland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edvaldo Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaw Erland in the 26th minute of play. Gustaw Erland blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvaldo Brasil having to make a save. Gustaw Erland struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Edvaldo Brasil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Aroosos. Edvaldo Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Erland, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Edvaldo Brasil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariusz Ogrodowicz went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Nilmar de Queiroz charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nilmar de Queiroz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nilmar de Queiroz hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The supporters of Fc Aroosos booed when SAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Guilherme Madureira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Júlio Saraiva lost his temper 45 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to SAS getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Júlio Saraiva hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filippos Drakos got free with Edvaldo Brasil in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustaw Erland to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Pablo Garnier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Gustaw Erland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fc Aroosos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Pablo Garnier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvaldo Brasil having to interfere. Gustaw Erland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in SAS's zone, Gustaw Erland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvaldo Brasil came out of the goal and Gustaw Erland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SAS's Edvaldo Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Erland in the 64th minute of play. Edvaldo Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaw Erland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to SAS getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Lauro Zanette hit a great ball. In the 75th minute Gustaw Erland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvaldo Brasil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaw Erland went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice moves Agostinho Carneiro could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Bernardo Mazzola however easily saved by the left post. Edgar Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Bernardo Mazzola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edvaldo Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Erland, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by SAS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wlodzimierz Bentkowski was slow to take the kick. During this time Fc Aroosos's players had a chance to rest. Fc Aroosos's Wlodzimierz Bentkowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edvaldo Brasil in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gustaw Erland blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvaldo Brasil having to make a save. Fc Aroosos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
