After 5 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Yin Yun Fan. Keefer Carragher's late challenge caught a Simbo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Keefer Carragher helped the player get up and apologised. Alaaddin Solskjær had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Tincho Palermo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 9 minutes into the match, FC Kurdistan's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Sidorowicz came free, but Alaaddin Solskjær reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Simbo FC's Nestor Sancho got a free kick in the 14th minute. Mías Khalifa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredric Hybbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Trinidad kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Alaaddin Solskjær showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Sancho in the 27th minute of the match. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörgen Levander in the 30th minute of play. If Tincho Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fredric Hybbert in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mías Khalifa saved Simbo FC from getting behind. The FC Kurdistan fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when FC Kurdistan's Fredric Hybbert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mías Khalifa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredric Hybbert in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Anselmo Leocadio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

FC Kurdistan's Einar Hedström was substituted for Jörgen Levander. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fredric Hybbert to make the kick off. Fredric Hybbert took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mías Khalifa. Mías Khalifa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán was substituted for Tincho Palermo. Miliano Sacristán took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alaaddin Solskjær. FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fredric Hybbert struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Mías Khalifa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kurdistan. FC Kurdistan's Lars Sundström was substituted for Iwan Kasiewski. FC Kurdistan's Elliot Nordgren was substituted for Fredric Hybbert. Simbo FC's Niceto Nafarroa was substituted for Boleslaw Sidorowicz. Elliot Nordgren scored 0-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mías Khalifa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alaaddin Solskjær showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miliano Sacristán in the 77th minute of the match. Simbo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sabri Ravelli in the 79th minute. Alaaddin Solskjær didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miliano Sacristán went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Alaaddin Solskjær came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán. But to his dismay, Miliano Sacristán quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Alaaddin Solskjær took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miliano Sacristán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Simbo FC from getting a goal against them. In the 95thth minute of the game Elliot Nordgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Kurdistan eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
