Alejo Etor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronaldo de Moraes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Salvador Ofelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mikoláš Kulhánek charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 21 played minutes, SuperChango's Elói Chaves shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ronaldo de Moraes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SuperChango reached it. 23 minutes into the match, SuperChango's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Altamirano came free, but Luiz Fernando Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SuperChango getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Salvador Ofelio hit a great ball. Luiz Fernando Branco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Altamirano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Altamirano was the one to do the kick off. Salvador Ofelio hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Luiz Fernando Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Altamirano in the 62nd minute of play. Vista Alegre FC's Franklin Lima was substituted for Lex Nelis. Mikoláš Kulhánek made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SuperChango's Aaron Criston. Luiz Fernando Branco came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vista Alegre FC's Luisinho Laguna. But to his dismay, Luisinho Laguna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 79 minutes into the game, Alejo Etor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ronaldo de Moraes. Alejo Etor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisinho Laguna in the 87th minute of play forced SuperChango's goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Branco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Fernando Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Laguna, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Luiz Fernando Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisinho Laguna in the 91st minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
