Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Villanueva in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Odion Tao prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Roger Sandwall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Benvido made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Roger Sandwall sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Canalla Fuego defense, Roger Sandwall kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Benvido. The Canalla Fuego fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Benvido should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Canalla Fuego booed when Melchester Rovers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Sandwall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambrosio Marquez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Melchester Rovers booed when Canalla Fuego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melchester Rovers's Odion Tao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Villanueva in the 45th minute of play. Aristides Villanueva took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Odion Tao. Odion Tao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Canalla Fuego's Carlos Aimar was substituted for Aristides Villanueva. 54 minutes into the match, Canalla Fuego's goal looked a bit too open when A.J. 太史慈 came free, but Clemente Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diguinho Paraíba hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling A.J. 太史慈 in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Benvido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thanks to some nice moves Gigel Iuonaș could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Odion Tao however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by A.J. 太史慈 in the 60th minute of play forced Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Clemente Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute A.J. 太史慈 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Benvido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Melchester Rovers booed when Canalla Fuego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that A.J. 太史慈 couldn't finish the play. Melchester Rovers's A.J. 太史慈 got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikael Meck kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After a good free kick, Mikael Meck got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Canalla Fuego. Faustino Egoi lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Melchester Rovers had won after a very even match.
