Gýmir Gryc scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kléberson Abraão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 8 minutes into the match, Figueira SC FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Gýmir Gryc came free, but Kléberson Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Dida Lopes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Hök was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some careless play in the Figueira SC FSCMZ defense, Gýmir Gryc kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kléberson Abraão. The Figueira SC FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kléberson Abraão should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Dida Lopes got a free kick in the 16th minute. Kléberson Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gýmir Gryc in the 21st minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Gýmir Gryc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Kléberson Abraão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Pajala Sunrise's Daniel Hök got control of the ball when William Moraes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Hök made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when William Moraes sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Pajala Sunrise getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. David Lindman hit a great ball. In the 37th minute Gýmir Gryc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kléberson Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Walmyr Moura fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Figueira SC FSCMZ's protests and gave Walmyr Moura a yellow card for diving instead. Walmyr Moura hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute Johannes Fernkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kléberson Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pajala Sunrise's Karl-Oskar Högman got a free kick in the 40th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for William Moraes to strike the kick off in the second half. After 62 played minutes Figueira SC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Walmyr Moura. Pajala Sunrise made a substitution. Per-Arne Svartengren replaced Ingvar Lindqvist. In the 67th minute of the match Pajala Sunrise got a corner. Figueira SC FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gnýr Gnaust ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pajala Sunrise's Gnýr Gnaust was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kléberson Abraão in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 72 minutes into the game, Pajala Sunrise's Gýmir Gryc nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kléberson Abraão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Reinaldo Carvalho made in the 81st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dorival Matorin immediately put the ball in play. 85 minutes into the match, Pajala Sunrise's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Trancoso came free, but Daniel Hök reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Figueira SC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Kléberson Abraão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Heggert. Roger Heggert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Johannes Fernkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pajala Sunrise's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Fernkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kléberson Abraão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pajala Sunrise had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
