Jonatan Venerando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Stratulat in the 8th minute of play. Călin Izvoranu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dali Valdez in the 18th minute of play. Tata González could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Călin Izvoranu made a huge save. José Luis Pintos Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristi Ciprian in the 24th minute of play forced LA LUZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Jonatan Venerando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sabin Gugea's late challenge caught a LA LUZ F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sabin Gugea helped the player get up and apologised. After 26 played minutes FC PIETROSUL -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Gugea. A collision led to FC PIETROSUL -MM- getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Sabin Gugea hit a great ball. A hard shot by Tata González from long distance, 34 minutes into the match, got Călin Izvoranu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Julio-César Montero Castillo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Dali Valdez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Călin Izvoranu was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. With a little luck, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Călin Izvoranu got control of the ball when Dali Valdez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dali Valdez took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Călin Izvoranu. Călin Izvoranu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

LA LUZ F.C.'s Eliseo Truylos was substituted for Mala Lech. FC PIETROSUL -MM- made a substitution. Paul Gorjanu replaced Marius Turcu. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristi Ciprian made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Dali Valdez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eliseo Truylos hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Călin Izvoranu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dali Valdez in the 58th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Călin Cojan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC PIETROSUL -MM- and the LA LUZ F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th minute, Călin Cojan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Călin Izvoranu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dali Valdez went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Cristi Ciprian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jonatan Venerando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Călin Izvoranu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Carballo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC PIETROSUL -MM- getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Vali Stratulat hit a great ball. In the 76th minute Dali Valdez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Izvoranu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vasile Hâncu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Jonatan Venerando made a huge save. Dali Valdez took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Călin Izvoranu. Călin Izvoranu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. A nice corner shot did that Tata González got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Călin Izvoranu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Călin Izvoranu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Carballo in the 97th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LA LUZ F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC PIETROSUL -MM- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
