Líbano's supporters rose to their feet, but Imad Abdul Fattah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gino Valle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gino Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anwar Yasem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hafiz Romad was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Faustão Schmidt. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anwar Yasem to make the kick off. In the 50th minute the ball was on its way in behind Líbano's goalkeeper Hafiz Romad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gino Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Imad Abdul Fattah, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, A. Gino Valle came out of the goal and Anwar Yasem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Miyaz in the 89th minute of play forced A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's goalkeeper Gino Valle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 minutes of play, A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's Elói da Fonseca made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hafiz Romad was left in no man's land by his defense there! The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
