Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) BLACK STAR FC's Robinho de Salles started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Rui Romero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BLACK STAR FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, BLACK STAR FC's Robinho de Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felipo Ramirez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Felipo Ramirez was a little too slow when Gernando Ribeiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 3-0. Jeremias Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chinto Buenafuente, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Robinho de Salles took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Felipo Ramirez to make any attempt to save it. Wesley Mangueira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipo Ramirez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Olavo Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the game, Olavo Paiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BLACK STAR FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Pfullendorf the free kick. In the 29th match minute, BLACK STAR FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olavo Paiva to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, BLACK STAR FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Ortiz came free, but Jeremias Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, SC Pfullendorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gudesteo Santiago to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute Robinho de Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipo Ramirez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robinho de Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 43 minutes into the match, SC Pfullendorf's goal looked a bit too open when Robinho de Salles came free, but Felipo Ramirez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robinho de Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Felipo Ramirez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cecilio Ortiz made the kick off in the second half. Felipo Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, Presebal Japón dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jeremias Furlan, 4-1. In the 59th minute, Robinho de Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Pfullendorf's Felipo Ramirez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robinho de Salles in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Pfullendorf's zone, Rui Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipo Ramirez came out of the goal and Rui Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xurxo Bergada during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SC Pfullendorf getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Xurxo Bergada hit a great ball. BLACK STAR FC's Jeremias Furlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save BLACK STAR FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in SC Pfullendorf's zone, Robinho de Salles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipo Ramirez came out of the goal and Robinho de Salles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st match minute, SC Pfullendorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erlantz Coya to maneuver through the defense. When Gernando Ribeiro fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BLACK STAR FC's protests and gave Gernando Ribeiro a yellow card for diving instead. SC Pfullendorf's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
