Aquiles Panfilo started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, TIBURON F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Remigio to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the game, Marcus Batista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Nereo Enaut was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dráusio Ortiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquiles Panfilo's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. 34 minutes into the match, VERONA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Panfilo came free, but Dráusio Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VERONA FC's Dráusio Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Panfilo in the 39th minute of play. Aquiles Panfilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcus Batista made a kick off. Higinio Remigio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dráusio Ortiz having to make a save. VERONA FC's Dráusio Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Panfilo in the 60th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Aquiles Panfilo managed to get in a good position for a shot. TIBURON F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Panfilo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dráusio Ortiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Batista in the 71st minute of play forced TIBURON F.C's goalkeeper Nereo Enaut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Panfilo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Dráusio Ortiz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nereo Enaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredão Cosme in the 73rd minute of play. The supporters of VERONA FC booed when TIBURON F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Boselli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute Dida Tróia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Enaut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Dida Tróia notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of TIBURON F.C's Nereo Enaut. Nereo Enaut was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. TIBURON F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Panfilo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched TIBURON F.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
