Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sjors Hoekstra got the match started through his kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Mario Klompe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 13th minute Gooitzen Roswinkel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genko Dankin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute Zijdewind SC were awarded a corner. Pascall Klaus went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Zijdewind SC's Pascall Klaus to fire away a dangerous shot which Genko Dankin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Yanislav Plachkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Georgi Benishev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mario Klompe. That made the score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. Vasko Mirkov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mario Klompe came out and tried to block the shot, but Vasko Mirkov slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 27th minute. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Vasko Mirkov took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Mario Klompe to make any attempt to save it. Zijdewind SC's Mario Klompe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georgi Benishev in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute of the match SPARROWS got a corner. Zijdewind SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alexey Torbov ran over to the corner to take the kick. Christijan Booy tried in the game's 38th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Mario Klompe. An annoying self made goal, 6-0. Vasko Mirkov scored 7-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mario Klompe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mario Klompe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georgi Benishev, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The wind increased when Georgi Benishev made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Yanislav Plachkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Klompe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53rd play minutes Georgi Benishev shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Mario Klompe and just under the crossbar into goal. Yanislav Plachkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Georgi Benishev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Klompe was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Genko Dankin made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Jan ter Averst sent off a good shot on target. Georgi Benishev charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Georgi Benishev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Georgi Benishev kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Jan ter Averst managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zijdewind SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan ter Averst was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Genko Dankin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute of the match Giovanni Buskermolen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Genko Dankin skillfully saved the ball. Mario Klompe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergey Karastoyanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Zijdewind SC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Chiel Brinke hit a great ball. SPARROWS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
