The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Patrick Galvão came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the West Staines Massive fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrick Galvão couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Tepper in the 11th minute of play forced West Staines Massive's goalkeeper Calvin Kuckhoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. West Staines Massive's Calvin Kuckhoff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gong Zhi Peng in the 13th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, SuRpRiSe's goalkeeper Mattia Perin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jose Eduino. Jose Eduino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Mattia Perin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Gong Zhi Peng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Calvin Kuckhoff was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After 25 minutes West Staines Massive's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aleksander Liermann who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to SuRpRiSe getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Tadeusz Tepper hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Jose Eduino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mattia Perin. That made the score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. SuRpRiSe's Mattia Perin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save SuRpRiSe from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Patrick Galvão could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Mattia Perin however easily saved by the left post. Mattia Perin was a little too slow when Jose Eduino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 48th minute, Maurice Höfgen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 48 minutes, Aleksander Liermann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SuRpRiSe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksander Liermann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jose Eduino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Calvin Kuckhoff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeusz Tepper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SuRpRiSe's Mattia Perin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Galvão in the 65th minute of play. After 71 minutes, Geraldo Gustafsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SuRpRiSe and the West Staines Massive players grew even worse after the yellow card. SuRpRiSe's Mala Kala was substituted for Feng Yan Fei. A collision led to SuRpRiSe getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Lucian Corduneanu hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Gong Zhi Peng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Calvin Kuckhoff was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. SuRpRiSe's Mattia Perin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasios Boukouvalas in the 91st minute of play. West Staines Massive's Calvin Kuckhoff proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save West Staines Massive from getting a goal against them. When Gong Zhi Peng came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the SuRpRiSe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gong Zhi Peng couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the SuRpRiSe players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for West Staines Massive.
