Spectators: 10891 (Terracing: 8204, Seating: 2515, VIP seats: 172) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Acácio Neto kicked off to start the match. After 7 played minutes Carrapichel - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Beto Cavalcante. Zé Carlos Britto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Fernandes in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Acácio Neto in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Carlos Britto saved Pragmáticos 1903 from getting behind. Edson Bertassi made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Thierry Henry sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the game, Pragmáticos 1903's Thierry Henry nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edson Bertassi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Carrapichel - FDFDF booed when Pragmáticos 1903 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Paulo Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edson Bertassi was a little too slow when Thierry Henry got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 4-0. Edson Bertassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferenc Puskás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Acácio Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Carlos Britto having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thierry Henry in the 48th minute of play forced Carrapichel - FDFDF's goalkeeper Edson Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Eduardo Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferenc Puskás to make the kick off. Carrapichel - FDFDF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rogério Alcântara in the 55th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Acácio Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carrapichel - FDFDF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Acácio Neto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edson Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thierry Henry in the 62nd minute of play. Zé Carlos Britto made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when David Fernandes sent off a good shot on target. Acácio Neto did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-1 to the left of a surprised Zé Carlos Britto 77 minutes into the match. Carrapichel - FDFDF's Oséias de Brito was substituted for Abel de Barros. Carrapichel - FDFDF made a substitution. Allan de Lara replaced David Fernandes. Carrapichel - FDFDF's Luís Moldavsky was substituted for Dráuzio Meirelles. 4-2 became the score in the 86th minute when Acácio Neto elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Luiz Eduardo Alves charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The Pragmáticos 1903 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Carrapichel - FDFDF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
