Reine Gudmundsson scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gigel Cozma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 7 minutes into the match, Reine Gudmundsson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Geoboss-My Team's Gigel Cozma. Gigel Cozma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thomas Runeberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzo Ivanov in the 16th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Geoboss-My Team's Gonzo Ivanov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thomas Runeberg. That made the score 1-2 after 17 minutes of play. A collision led to Brutal DeLuxe getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Arne Blixt hit a great ball. Brutal DeLuxe's Thomas Runeberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Brutal DeLuxe from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the match, Geoboss-My Team's goal looked a bit too open when Reine Gudmundsson came free, but Gigel Cozma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Blixt hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Gonzo Ivanov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Vincent Jansson made a precise shot to the right of Thomas Runeberg. Brutal DeLuxe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vincent Jansson got free with Thomas Runeberg in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.
Geoboss-My Team made a substitution. Mircea Grigorie replaced Ilie Zglimbea. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gonzo Ivanov was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Brutal DeLuxe's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzo Ivanov came free, but Thomas Runeberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Geoboss-My Team's Gonzo Ivanov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Runeberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Thomas Runeberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonzo Ivanov's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Geoboss-My Team's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Ekrot came free, but Gigel Cozma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Nicodim Stere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Runeberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Runeberg came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Geoboss-My Team's Vincent Jansson. But to his dismay, Vincent Jansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Gigel Cozma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tommy Björkdahl in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Gonzo Ivanov notched a goal, 7-2, to the right of Brutal DeLuxe's Thomas Runeberg. Thomas Runeberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Brutal DeLuxe booed when Geoboss-My Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavius Gheară didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thomas Runeberg came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Geoboss-My Team's Gonzo Ivanov. But to his dismay, Gonzo Ivanov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-2. When Gonzo Ivanov came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Geoboss-My Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzo Ivanov couldn't finish the play. Thomas Runeberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzo Ivanov in the 84th minute of the match. Thomas Runeberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicodim Stere in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute Vincent Jansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Runeberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Brutal DeLuxe's goalie and right to Gonzo Ivanov. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Brutal DeLuxe's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Gigel Cozma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ove Ekrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geoboss-My Team were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Brutal DeLuxe for a fine match.
