Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Batistuta in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Vergaray got free with Jim Lindman in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valentin Vergaray's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jim Lindman firmly grabbed it by the left post. 13 minutes into the match, Sånna goa grejer FC's goalkeeper Jim Lindman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Vergaray. Jim Lindman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kåre Uter in the 17th minute. Jim Lindman was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Valentin Vergaray capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valentin Vergaray really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Plebeyos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eduardo Barrionuevo in the 24th minute. Emilio Quin made a great header on Plebeyos's corner, it was just that Sånna goa grejer FC's Jim Lindman managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 25th minute Plebeyos were awarded a corner. Eduardo Barrionuevo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Plebeyos's Carlos Monzón to fire away a dangerous shot which Jim Lindman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 27th minute Gabriel Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Eduardo Barrionuevo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Plebeyos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 36th minute Eduardo Barrionuevo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Lindman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Barrionuevo might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jim Lindman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eduardo Barrionuevo ran back to his position shaking his head. After 39 played minutes Sånna goa grejer FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Batistuta. Sånna goa grejer FC's Jim Lindman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Sånna goa grejer FC from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 51 minutes of play, Plebeyos's Eduardo Barrionuevo made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jim Lindman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jim Lindman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Barrionuevo in the 56th minute of the match. After 56 played minutes Sånna goa grejer FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Batistuta. 62 minutes into the match, Sånna goa grejer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kåre Uter came free, but Jim Lindman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jim Lindman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Barrionuevo in the 65th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Eduardo Barrionuevo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jim Lindman. Sånna goa grejer FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eduardo Barrionuevo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Vergaray in the 69th minute of play forced Sånna goa grejer FC's goalkeeper Jim Lindman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jim Lindman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Vergaray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Plebeyos fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Plebeyos's Valentin Vergaray looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Maximino Beltran hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Plebeyos made a substitution. Paulino Diegotxe replaced Rolando Francho. After 87 played minutes Plebeyos got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Quin. Jim Lindman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Vergaray in the 92nd minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Melquiades Lauren notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Sånna goa grejer FC's Jim Lindman. Jim Lindman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Plebeyos had won after a very even match.
