Grigoris Kornaros took the corner. Egemen Tavgaç was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With an all-out effort, Lipovljani's José Sá threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tonko Urban, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jânio Branco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Giardino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Walter Giardino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Rio Mata made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by tHe SOnS of rAGnar's Fiz Biembengén. In the 27th minute Walter Giardino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jânio Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Domagoj Grković to make the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lipovljani's Jânio Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexis Alexandris in the 61st minute of play. Jânio Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Giardino, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Jânio Branco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Walter Giardino in the 65th minute. Walter Giardino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Jânio Branco made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domagoj Grković in the 70th minute of play forced tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goalkeeper José Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's José Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domagoj Grković in the 71st minute of play. Lipovljani's Jânio Branco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Lipovljani from getting a goal against them. In the 94th minute of the match, Alexis Alexandris got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jânio Branco was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. tHe SOnS of rAGnar walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
