After some careless play in the Momentum FC defense, Benedicto Tebaldo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Mambru. The Momentum FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Mambru should have stopped the shot. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Baldomiro Jacindo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Motu protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Baldomiro Jacindo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 22 minutes into the game, one of Motu:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Momentum FC a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gregorio Gomesano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Motu's Eliseo Abeita. 2-2. In the 28th minute, Ubaldo Ibar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomas Mambru was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2.
