Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tamariz Gallardo started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abner Orden in the 9th minute of play forced RKO AFC's goalkeeper Poulus Farias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Club Deportes La Serena were awarded a corner. Ondino Casanova went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Club Deportes La Serena's Ondino Casanova to fire away a dangerous shot which Poulus Farias despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Poulus Farias was a little too slow when Ondino Casanova got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. Adolfo Zuazagoitia lost his temper 15 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 14 minutes into the game, one of RKO AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. RKO AFC's Adalberto Pellegri got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Valentín Solezzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportes La Serena's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentín Solezzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Poulus Farias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 23rd minute, Abner Orden ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Poulus Farias was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If Abner Orden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, RKO AFC's Poulus Farias got control of the ball when Ondino Casanova tried to sneak it across the goal line. Poulus Farias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgardo Garzo went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Ondino Casanova kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Poulus Farias. That made the score 7-0 in the 40 minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Ondino Casanova recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Poulus Farias. Ondino Casanova showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 8-0. Poulus Farias made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Luis Angel Budinich sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Angel Budinich in the 48th minute of play forced RKO AFC's goalkeeper Poulus Farias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgardo Garzo was the one to do the kick off. Poulus Farias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abner Orden in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, RKO AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Garzo came free, but Poulus Farias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Poulus Farias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ondino Casanova in the 53rd minute of the match. Poulus Farias came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportes La Serena's Abner Orden. But to his dismay, Abner Orden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. In the 63rd minute, Roldán Navia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute of the match Ondino Casanova sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Poulus Farias skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ondino Casanova in the 66th minute of play forced RKO AFC's goalkeeper Poulus Farias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Poulus Farias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ondino Casanova in the 68th minute of play. After some careless play in the RKO AFC defense, Abner Orden kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Poulus Farias. The RKO AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Poulus Farias should have stopped the shot. Club Deportes La Serena's Isaiás Bourchier was substituted for Luis Angel Budinich. Club Deportes La Serena's Ubaldo Matildo Orella was substituted for Valentín Solezzi. Poulus Farias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Garzo in the 76th minute of play. Roldán Navia hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Victorino Cifuentes made a precise shot to the right of Poulus Farias. RKO AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. In the 82nd minute, Isaiás Bourchier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Poulus Farias was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. In the 87th minute, Abner Orden ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Poulus Farias was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. 90 minutes into the match, RKO AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaiás Bourchier came free, but Poulus Farias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15-0 became the score in the 91st minute when Abner Orden elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Romano Gaona hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abner Orden in the 97th minute of play forced RKO AFC's goalkeeper Poulus Farias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Deportes La Serena fully deserved thier win.
