The referee ignored Gordioro Futbol Club's protests and gave Benicio Mon a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Gordioro Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Mon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Nisio in the 10th minute of play forced Gordioro Futbol Club's goalkeeper Maximino Orkatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Teofilo Vidal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Gordioro Futbol Club defense, Adrian Urko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximino Orkatz. The Gordioro Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximino Orkatz should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeo Nisio in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Orkatz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benicio Mon got his second yellow card in the match during the 17th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Manchester Quijano booed when Gordioro Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Mon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Adrian Urko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Orkatz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 24 minutes into the match, Manchester Quijano's goalkeeper Leonel Enol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Americo Ilixo. Leonel Enol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Ubendu in the 27th minute of play. Manchester Quijano's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Americo Ilixo scored to the left of an out of position Leonel Enol, making the score, 1-2. Adrian Urko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38thth minute of the game Adrian Urko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gordioro Futbol Club's Maximino Orkatz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximino Orkatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Nisio in the 39th minute of play. Americo Ilixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Leonel Enol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Adrian Urko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

A hard shot 54 in the game by Tadeo Nisio from a close distance when the talented Maximino Orkatz managed to make a qualified save. Gordioro Futbol Club's players were relieved. In the 55th minute Adrian Urko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Pedro Rafe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute of the match Anselmo Laffitte shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonel Enol showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gordioro Futbol Club's Filomeno Ubendu got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adrian Urko might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximino Orkatz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adrian Urko ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Tadeo Nisio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester Quijano's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeo Nisio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximino Orkatz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th minute of the match, Tadeo Nisio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maximino Orkatz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Maximino Orkatz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tadeo Nisio in the 78th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Manchester Quijano's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Ilixo came free, but Leonel Enol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Americo Ilixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 91 minutes, Americo Ilixo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gordioro Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Ilixo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
