Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bengt-Arne Torstensson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bengt-Arne Torstensson in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leopoldo Rezende prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonas Veloso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Karl-Erik Västlund made a huge save. Jonas Veloso hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Raphael de Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Karl-Erik Västlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Rezende didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bengt-Arne Torstensson went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt-Arne Torstensson in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Rezende saved Vasco FC from getting behind. If Raphael de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Erik Västlund was a little too slow when Gil Motta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Arne Torstensson in the 35th minute of play forced Vasco FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Rezende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute of the match Grytöl got a corner. Vasco FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Dalkvist ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Vasco FC's goalie and right to Ture Tunström. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Vasco FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Leopoldo Rezende didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christer Johansson went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 43 played minutes Grytöl got a freekick which was hit by Joel Dalkvist. Jonas Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Erik Västlund having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Grytöl's zone, Jonas Veloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Erik Västlund came out of the goal and Jonas Veloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Vasco FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Grytöl were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Veloso to strike the kick off in the second half. When Jonas Veloso fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vasco FC's protests and gave Jonas Veloso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st match minute, Vasco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Veloso to maneuver through the defense. If Bengt-Arne Torstensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 played minutes Vasco FC got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Ramalho. In the 57th minute of the match, Christer Johansson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leopoldo Rezende was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Leopoldo Rezende made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christer Johansson in the 59th minute. The supporters of Grytöl booed when Vasco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. César de Godoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grytöl's Bengt-Arne Torstensson got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 64 played minutes Grytöl got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Rosén. With a little luck, Vasco FC's Leopoldo Rezende got control of the ball when Bengt-Arne Torstensson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raphael de Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Erik Västlund having to interfere. Jonas Veloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christer Johansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leopoldo Rezende having to make a save. In the 85th minute, Grytöl's Bengt-Arne Torstensson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. 88 minutes into the match, Bengt-Arne Torstensson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leopoldo Rezende, 1-4. When the match was over Grytöl could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vasco FC throughout the match.
