The player immediately received a yellow card. 4 minutes into the game, one of Stat Veritas FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Atilano Damario, was totally fooled by Caravelas's Wit Gmoch, who 6 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Gaxan in the 10th minute of play forced Caravelas's goalkeeper João Adolfo Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vágner Bittencourt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Atilano Damario made a huge save. Giovanni Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobias Urtungo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 18 played minutes Caravelas got a freekick which was hit by Wit Gmoch. The supporters of Caravelas booed when Stat Veritas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Faro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wit Gmoch charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wit Gmoch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, Caravelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wit Gmoch to maneuver through the defense. When Justino Faro fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stat Veritas FC's protests and gave Justino Faro a yellow card for diving instead. Justino Faro kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Haydar Kutlug kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Atilano Damario. That made the score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. When Vágner Bittencourt came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Caravelas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vágner Bittencourt couldn't finish the play. 47 minutes into the match, Stat Veritas FC's goalkeeper Atilano Damario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vágner Bittencourt. In the 49th minute of the match Caravelas got a corner. Stat Veritas FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wit Gmoch ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Caravelas's Haydar Kutlug to fire away a dangerous shot which Atilano Damario despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonel Luar to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Haydar Kutlug cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Atilano Damario was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Haydar Kutlug managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caravelas's supporters rose to their feet, but Haydar Kutlug was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atilano Damario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atilano Damario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haydar Kutlug in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, Stat Veritas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Gaxan to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Haydar Kutlug notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Stat Veritas FC's Atilano Damario. Atilano Damario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 64 minutes into the game, Tobias Urtungo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stat Veritas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caravelas the free kick. After a rather tough play, Stat Veritas FC's Tobias Urtungo got a free kick in the 65th minute. Wit Gmoch, 65 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Vágner Bittencourt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Damario having to interfere. Atilano Damario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haydar Kutlug, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Stat Veritas FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Aristides Calixto hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haydar Kutlug in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atilano Damario saved Stat Veritas FC from getting behind. Dalmo Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, Caravelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanni Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Aristides Calixto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 93 played minutes Stat Veritas FC got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Calixto. Atilano Damario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haydar Kutlug in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, Haydar Kutlug was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caravelas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stat Veritas FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Caravelas's Haydar Kutlug got a free kick in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Stat Veritas FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Caravelas.
