The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cruz de Malta FC's Clóvis Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alphonse Guénon in the 2nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matías Recife in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bianco Di Camillo saved Erzurum25 from getting behind. Clóvis Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Bayard in the 6th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Cruz de Malta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alphonse Guénon came free, but Clóvis Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 played minutes Erzurum25 got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Cyrille Robion. Nilson Correia hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Ernest Chevreuil hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Cruz de Malta FC's Clóvis Machado got control of the ball when Maxime Ropars tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Cruz de Malta FC's goalkeeper Clóvis Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maxime Ropars. Ernest Chevreuil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Clóvis Machado made a huge save. In the 34th minute, Erzurum25's Jean-Cyrille Robion dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Enzo Bayard took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Clóvis Machado to make any attempt to save it. 44 minutes into the match, Cruz de Malta FC's goalkeeper Clóvis Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maxime Ropars. Clóvis Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Bayard, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Clóvis Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Bayard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maxime Ropars made a kick off. Clóvis Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Bayard in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Erzurum25's Ogün Samast got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute Cruz de Malta FC were awarded a corner. Mathias Hermes went to the cornerflag to take it. Bianco Di Camillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matías Recife in the 57th minute of the match. Enzo Bayard scored 4-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clóvis Machado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Cruz de Malta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maxime Ropars came free, but Clóvis Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Adolfo Severo during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cruz de Malta FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. João Adolfo Severo hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Maxime Ropars sped through Cruz de Malta FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Clóvis Machado. After a rather tough play, Cruz de Malta FC's Oséas Bastos got a free kick in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Erzurum25's Jean-Cyrille Robion nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clóvis Machado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Clóvis Machado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jean-Cyrille Robion went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. 84 minutes into the match, Cruz de Malta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maxime Ropars came free, but Clóvis Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clóvis Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Bayard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Alphonse Guénon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clóvis Machado. Cruz de Malta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alphonse Guénon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 92nd minute, Gilmar Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bianco Di Camillo was a little too slow when Matías Recife got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 8-1. Erzurum25 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
