Arnold Sur hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Rikard Frykberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claes Palmkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Rickard Falkrans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Rolf Arvidsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Kjell-Arne Skott ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rikard Frykberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 14 minutes, Kjell-Arne Skott managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ronnys Lärjungar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell-Arne Skott was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, FC Hamneskär's Leonardo Näver sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolf Arvidsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, FC Hamneskär's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Skott came free, but Rikard Frykberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Kjell-Arne Skott left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ronnys Lärjungar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Ronnys Lärjungar getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Arnold Möller hit a great ball. Rikard Frykberg didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ronnys Lärjungar's Kjell-Arne Skott shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Bo Lindqvist's late challenge caught a Ronnys Lärjungar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Ronnys Lärjungar booed when FC Hamneskär was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivar Bogren didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jan-Erik Säf came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Ronnys Lärjungar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Erik Säf couldn't finish the play. The FC Hamneskär players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ronnys Lärjungar were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kjell-Arne Skott to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Kjell-Arne Skott made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. FC Hamneskär's Rikard Frykberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 57 played minutes Ronnys Lärjungar got a freekick which was hit by Arnold Möller. In the 68th minute, one of Ronnys Lärjungar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ronnys Lärjungar. In the 71st match minute, Ronnys Lärjungar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Malmberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute Leonardo Näver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bengt-Rune Löfgren took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolf Arvidsson. Rolf Arvidsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Leonardo Näver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Rolf Arvidsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rikard Frykberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Skott in the 88th minute of play. If Kjell-Arne Skott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The supporters of FC Hamneskär booed when Ronnys Lärjungar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Esbjörnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonardo Näver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 97th minute, Jan-Erik Säf fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.
