Spectators: 155 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alberigo Mauro kicked off to start the match. Maci FC's Emanuele Iannone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Mauro in the 8th minute of play. After 9 minutes Maci FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anthony Volpe who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberigo Mauro in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuele Iannone saved Maci FC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Giacchetti during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes Maci FC got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Giacchetti. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberigo Mauro in the 17th managed to get into a good position. Anthony Volpe was slow to take the kick. During this time Squadra de Pippe's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Squadra de Pippe's corner Anthony Volpe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emanuele Iannone quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Giacchetti in the 23rd minute of play forced Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Eugenio Monti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th match minute, Maci FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camillo Croce to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Anthony Volpe sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Maci FC's Emanuele Iannone didn't even have to move. A collision led to Maci FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Carlo Tesone hit a great ball. If Florian Latini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 minutes, Enrico Valeri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Squadra de Pippe and the Maci FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Enrico Valeri kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Alberigo Mauro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Squadra de Pippe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augusto Giacchetti to strike the kick off in the second half. Demetrio Colangelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Emanuele Iannone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute Fabiano Boccanera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuele Iannone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maci FC's Emanuele Iannone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Mauro in the 54th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Squadra de Pippe's Emanuele Iannone threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alberigo Mauro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 58 minutes into the match, Squadra de Pippe's Fabiano Boccanera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuele Iannone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60th minute Squadra de Pippe were awarded a corner. Anthony Volpe went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Demetrio Colangelo drilling the ball in to score 0-2 behind Maci FC's goalkeeper. A collision led to Maci FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Edmondo Oroni hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberigo Mauro in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuele Iannone saved Maci FC from getting behind. Edmondo Oroni hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Demetrio Colangelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emanuele Iannone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Mauro in the 83rd minute of play. When Fabiano Boccanera came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Squadra de Pippe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabiano Boccanera couldn't finish the play. The Squadra de Pippe supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Squadra de Pippe would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
