In the 9th match minute, Sporting Club Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Galindo to maneuver through the defense. When Cosme Ezkerra fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Club Victoria's protests and gave Cosme Ezkerra a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute of the game, C. A. BELGRANO got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Roberto Endura kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to Sporting Club Victoria getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Aurelio Nafarroa hit a great ball. Alvaro Gerazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Eufemio in the 18th minute of play. Delmiro Ledesma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Alvaro Gerazan made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Rosendo Eufemio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alvaro Gerazan. That made the score 3-0 in the 20 minute of play. Alvaro Gerazan made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Delmiro Ledesma sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Sporting Club Victoria getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Felipe Galindo hit a great ball. A hard shot by Amadeo Amor from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Alvaro Gerazan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 29 minutes, Luis Tavio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Club Victoria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Tavio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alvaro Gerazan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Bonifaco in the 31st minute of the match. Delmiro Ledesma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Alvaro Gerazan made a huge save. 37 minutes into the game, Filomeno Costante was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Club Victoria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. BELGRANO the free kick. In the 37th match minute, Sporting Club Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Costante to maneuver through the defense. Sporting Club Victoria's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Rosendo Eufemio scored to the left of an out of position Alvaro Gerazan, making the score, 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Abascal to strike the kick off in the second half. Martin Rito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roberto Endura in the 58th minute. Martin Rito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Abascal, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 63 minutes, Isidro Mendebal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. BELGRANO and the Sporting Club Victoria players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Eufemio in the 68th minute of play forced Sporting Club Victoria's goalkeeper Alvaro Gerazan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelio Nafarroa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 70 minutes into the match. Isidro Mendebal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to C. A. BELGRANO getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Isidro Mendebal hit a great ball. Cayetano Goiz struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Martin Rito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sporting Club Victoria. Martin Rito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Abascal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Gerazan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Bonifaco, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After having played for 86 minutes, Roberto Endura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Club Victoria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Endura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roberto Endura charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Endura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 89 played minutes Sporting Club Victoria got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Endura. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Isidro Mendebal managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. BELGRANO's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Mendebal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Gerazan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sporting Club Victoria getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Cosme Ezkerra hit a great ball. Alvaro Gerazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Mendebal in the 97th minute of play. Many of Sporting Club Victoria's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Sporting Club Victoria may have spent more time on the ball, but C. A. BELGRANO were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
