Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Vinhas in the 3rd minute of play forced Canarinho Atordoado's goalkeeper Egídio Sampaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Canarinho Atordoado's goalkeeper Egídio Sampaio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hélio Meireles. The crowd rose to their feet as Xiboquinha FC's Franklin Mendes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Egídio Sampaio. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. In the 11th minute, Vítor Chaves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Canarinho Atordoado's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Vinhas came free, but Egídio Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Rezende took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frédson Freire. Frédson Freire dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 24 played minutes Xiboquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Hélio Meireles. Hélio Meireles received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Egídio Sampaio came out and tried to block the shot, but Hélio Meireles slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 26th minute. Frédson Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Rezende in the 31st minute of play. After 33 played minutes Canarinho Atordoado got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Favoretto. Frédson Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dito Zanette in the 40th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Xiboquinha FC's Hélio Meireles dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dito Zanette to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franklin Mendes during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Canarinho Atordoado booed when Xiboquinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franklin Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vítor Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Frédson Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hélio Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elder Paranaense during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Canarinho Atordoado's Telmo Souza was substituted for Angelo Rezende. 70 minutes into the match, Dito Zanette dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Frédson Freire, 3-2. Vítor Chaves received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Frédson Freire came out and tried to block the shot, but Vítor Chaves slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 73rd minute. Dito Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frédson Freire having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Chaves got free with Frédson Freire in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 84 minutes into the match, Vítor Chaves dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Frédson Freire, 3-4. Telmo Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Canarinho Atordoado left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Xiboquinha FC.
