Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vachon Camaño started the match with the kick off. Guillen Ubiña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Galeas, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. With a little luck, Club Deportivo Águila's Ricardo Peña got control of the ball when Kismi Tojedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sengrat Vid during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th minute, Leopoldo Carranza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Águila's goalkeeper Ricardo Peña had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sengrat Vid. Kelemen Alseda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Club Deportivo Águila's Ricardo Peña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kelemen Alseda in the 22nd minute of play. After 25 played minutes Club Deportivo Águila got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Pérez. Ricardo Peña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kelemen Alseda in the 27th minute of play. Nelson Hernández kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Club Deportivo Águila getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Camilo Galeas hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the game, Nelson Hernández was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Deportivo Águila's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Buceo the free kick. Nelson Hernández kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Alberto Pineda took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guillen Ubiña. Guillen Ubiña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Sengrat Vid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Blai Zarandona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Camilo Galeas to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Gilmar Cuadrillero. It was beautiful to see Club Deportivo Águila's Elias Portillo in action when he in the 54th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Nardo Tuo scored 1-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Peña, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ricardo Peña didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sporting Buceo's Kelemen Alseda shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice moves Camilo Galeas could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Guillen Ubiña however easily saved by the left post. In the 88th minute, Sporting Buceo's Lope Velis seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lope Velis the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sporting Buceo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lope Velis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Lope Velis got a free kick in the 89th minute. Club Deportivo Águila's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 91st minute of the game, when Nelson Hernández after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Sporting Buceo's goal. Nelson Hernández was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. In the 93rd match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilmar Cuadrillero to maneuver through the defense. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Sporting Buceo were victorious despite being under pressure from Club Deportivo Águila for much of the match.
