Fernán Albonico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Junquera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, NAGANO F.C's Igor Abin got a free kick in the 5th minute. When Xzaver Ben fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NAGANO F.C's protests and gave Xzaver Ben a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th minute, Xzaver Ben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xanti Cediel kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Conrado Ferreira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ubaldo Elguero, 1-0. In the 15th minute Saritama Vicente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernán Albonico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xanti Cediel hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Candido Guesalaga during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Franco Viso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernán Albonico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saritama Vicente in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute Conrado Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Elguero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Conrado Ferreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ubaldo Elguero. NAGANO F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Conrado Ferreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Saritama Vicente took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernán Albonico. Fernán Albonico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Ubaldo Elguero came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s Liberto Tellerias. But to his dismay, Liberto Tellerias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Virgilio Garland charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Virgilio Garland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪ getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Virgilio Garland hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clemente Junquera made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Franco Viso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernán Albonico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s Fernán Albonico got control of the ball when Saritama Vicente tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Liberto Tellerias during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Liberto Tellerias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪ made a substitution. Don Elias replaced Liberto Tellerias. After 58 played minutes ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪ got a freekick which was hit by Liberto Tellerias. Ubaldo Elguero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duardo Fadda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ubaldo Elguero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Ferreira in the 65th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, Duardo Fadda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NAGANO F.C the free kick. Duardo Fadda hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Saritama Vicente from long distance, 70 minutes into the match, got Fernán Albonico's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Clemente Junquera took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Fernán Albonico to make any attempt to save it. With an all-out effort, NAGANO F.C's Fernán Albonico threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Franco Viso, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Xanti Cediel's late challenge caught a ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xanti Cediel helped the player get up and apologised. Ubaldo Elguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lolo Villota, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. A collision led to NAGANO F.C getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Carlos Valderrama hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Telo Metou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fernán Albonico was a little too slow when Clemente Junquera got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 4-3. Ubaldo Elguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lolo Villota, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After some careless play in the NAGANO F.C defense, Don Elias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ubaldo Elguero. The NAGANO F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ubaldo Elguero should have stopped the shot. Franco Viso kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in NAGANO F.C's zone, Lolo Villota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Elguero came out of the goal and Lolo Villota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Don Elias in the 95th minute of play forced NAGANO F.C's goalkeeper Ubaldo Elguero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the NAGANO F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ✪ ✪ Barrio Norte FC ✪ ✪.
