An unexpectedly hard shot by João Tinoco in the 13th minute of play forced Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's goalkeeper Edmílson Mandrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Laerte Sergipano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maverick Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER the free kick. Laerte Sergipano hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Amauri Simão kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Ademir Mello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maverick Futebol Clube the free kick. After 19 played minutes Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER got a freekick which was hit by Ademir Mello. Sílvio Luiz Vidal's late challenge caught a Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sílvio Luiz Vidal helped the player get up and apologised. Sílvio Luiz Vidal hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 23 minutes, João Augusto Peixoto made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Maverick Futebol Clube's Wesley Meira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Edinho Paraense charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edinho Paraense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 25th match minute, Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edinho Paraense to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, Sandrinho Quintal notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Edmílson Mandrak. Edmílson Mandrak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ademir Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wesley Meira having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Thomás Tepedino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmílson Mandrak was a little too slow when Sandrinho Quintal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sandrinho Quintal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, Maverick Futebol Clube's Sandrinho Quintal made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmílson Mandrak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edmílson Mandrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandrinho Quintal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute of the match Maverick Futebol Clube got a corner. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vágner Proença ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Maverick Futebol Clube's Sandrinho Quintal to fire away a dangerous shot which Edmílson Mandrak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Edmílson Mandrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's João Augusto Peixoto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wesley Meira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ademir Mello struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Wesley Meira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER. The supporters of Maverick Futebol Clube booed when Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrianinho Félix didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Maverick Futebol Clube's Laerte Sergipano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmílson Mandrak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Ademir Mello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Wesley Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clóvis Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 5-2 became the score in the 85th minute when Sandrinho Quintal elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Edmílson Mandrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laerte Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
