Zé do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitinho Queiroz in the 77th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Zé do Valle threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mazinho Velloso, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zé do Valle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mazinho Velloso's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Túlio Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Túlio Hermes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Mazinho Velloso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zé do Valle. That made the score 2-6 in the 87 minute of play. Zé do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazinho Velloso in the 90th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
