Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Segundo Jaunti successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Ugartondo got free with Segundo Jaunti in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Innocenzio Alcalde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Pelagius, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nunez Ugartondo to strike the kick off in the second half. David Abeijon hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Segundo Jaunti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beremundo Arzuriaga in the 52nd minute of play.
