Cherif Badis acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 10th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Iurie Macovei. 11 minutes into the match, MZ Country's Youssef Malek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cãlin Damaschin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Youssef Malek notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Moldova's Cãlin Damaschin. Cãlin Damaschin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. MZ Country's Youssef Malek got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cherif Badis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonid Afteni's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After having played for 33 minutes, Daniel Perju managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moldova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Perju was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Youssef Malek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Moldova's Cãlin Damaschin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Youssef Malek in the 35th minute of play. Cãlin Damaschin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Youssef Malek in the 38th minute of play. Daniel Perju blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cherif Badis having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Amar Bouziane kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute of the match Iurie Macovei sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cherif Badis skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Moldova's Daniel Perju got a free kick in the 53rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Perju in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cherif Badis saved MZ Country from getting behind. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Daniel Perju sped through MZ Country's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cherif Badis. MZ Country made a substitution. Mohammad Laref replaced Youssef Malek. When Mohammad Laref came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the MZ Country fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohammad Laref couldn't finish the play. Moldova's Grisha Mbappè was substituted for Leonid Afteni. When Moldova's Grisha Mbappè, in the 73rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Moldova. Moldova's Cãlin Damaschin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohammad Laref in the 75th minute of play. After 76 minutes of play, MZ Country's Mohammad Laref made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cãlin Damaschin was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Grisha Mbappè in the 82nd minute of play forced MZ Country's goalkeeper Cherif Badis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Moldova's Grisha Mbappè in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MZ Country's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Moldova's Cãlin Damaschin got control of the ball when Mohammad Laref tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cãlin Damaschin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohammad Laref in the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Grisha Mbappè left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moldova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The Moldova fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Moldova's Grisha Mbappè looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 95 minutes into the game, Alexei Stratulat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moldova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MZ Country the free kick. In the 95th minute, Alexei Stratulat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cãlin Damaschin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohammad Laref, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The MZ Country players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Moldova from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
