Vedillo Roncesvalles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Rodrigo Mijangos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Correo's zone, Vedillo Roncesvalles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Mijangos came out of the goal and Vedillo Roncesvalles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lúcio Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilio Seron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Mijangos made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Xinaro Holguin sent off a good shot on target. Zavior Noriega kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, Correo's Pablo-Enrique Caseda made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lúcio Peres was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Vedillo Roncesvalles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Correo booed when FeDeReR ExPrEsS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Devaprasada Matharu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodrigo Mijangos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xinaro Holguin in the 45th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentim Pola during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Correo's Valentim Pola got a free kick in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vedillo Roncesvalles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Xinaro Holguin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Mijangos having to interfere. When the final whistle went the supporters of Correo were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant FeDeReR ExPrEsS side.
