Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jacobo Alderete made the kick off which started today's match. Seguinus Huertas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The attack was good, but when Rene Velazco in the 6th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The supporters of Latinoamericano F.C. booed when Illescas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Ricaredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes, Francisco Ricaredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Illescas and the Latinoamericano F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Francisco Ricaredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Illescas's goalkeeper Romeo Vicente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Illescas's Jacobo Alderete sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pitin Fontano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Latinoamericano F.C.'s Pitin Fontano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Alderete in the 26th minute of play. A hard shot 27 in the game by Eufrasio Solloso from a close distance when the talented Pitin Fontano managed to make a qualified save. Latinoamericano F.C.'s players were relieved. In the 30th minute, Jacobo Alderete got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Illescas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! Illescas's Eufrasio Solloso got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pitin Fontano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Alderete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rene Velazco fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Latinoamericano F.C.'s protests and gave Rene Velazco a yellow card for diving instead. Rene Velazco hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rene Velazco made a kick off. Illescas's Romeo Vicente proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Illescas from getting a goal against them. Eufrasio Solloso might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pitin Fontano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eufrasio Solloso ran back to his position shaking his head. Pitin Fontano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Alderete in the 54th minute of play. If Jacobo Alderete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pitin Fontano came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Illescas's Eufrasio Solloso. But to his dismay, Eufrasio Solloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. If Jacobo Alderete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Eufrasio Solloso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rene Velazco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Romeo Vicente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Eufrasio Solloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Illescas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Romeo Vicente made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Rene Velazco sent off a good shot on target. Jacobo Alderete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Pitin Fontano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Latinoamericano F.C.'s zone, Eufrasio Solloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pitin Fontano came out of the goal and Eufrasio Solloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the match, Latinoamericano F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Alderete came free, but Pitin Fontano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eufrasio Solloso came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Illescas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eufrasio Solloso couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Illescas's Breogan Verdes got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Jacobo Alderete struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Pitin Fontano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Illescas. There was no doubt that Illescas were the better team. Illescas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
