Hélder Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leandro Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Caracois getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Rafinha Tande hit a great ball. Umberto Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. If Joel Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Joel Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Mumbach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Poder Rosa's Nicolas Mumbach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Poder Rosa from getting a goal against them. Caracois's Hélder Cardoso was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 29th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With a little luck, Poder Rosa's Nicolas Mumbach got control of the ball when Afonso Moura tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Hélder Cardoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolas Mumbach was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Poder Rosa defense, Hélder Cardoso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Mumbach. The Poder Rosa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Mumbach should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Poder Rosa's Nicolas Mumbach got control of the ball when Afonso Moura tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Nicolas Mumbach managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Caracois's Hélder Cardoso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot by Agenor Fontes from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Nicolas Mumbach's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Joel Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Nicolas Mumbach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 47 in the game by Hélder Cardoso from a close distance when the talented Nicolas Mumbach managed to make a qualified save. Poder Rosa's players were relieved. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hélder Cardoso to strike the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Mumbach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hélder Cardoso's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Poder Rosa's zone, Afonso Moura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Mumbach came out of the goal and Afonso Moura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doni de Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. A collision led to Poder Rosa getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Leandro Neiva hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Moraes in the 67th minute of play forced Poder Rosa's goalkeeper Nicolas Mumbach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caracois's Joel Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélder Cardoso in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Mumbach saved Poder Rosa from getting behind. Wilson Ramalho's late challenge caught a Caracois's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilson Ramalho helped the player get up and apologised. 80 minutes into the match, Caracois's Elano Arantes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hélder Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Hélder Cardoso sped through Poder Rosa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nicolas Mumbach. Nicolas Mumbach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hélder Cardoso's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélder Cardoso in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Mumbach saved Poder Rosa from getting behind. Hélder Cardoso scored 5-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicolas Mumbach, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Caracois had played much better football throughout.
