Cássio Gonçalves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Oséas Paranaense. Aiuaba's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 8th minute Kauan Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute Aníbal Netto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute Cléber Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Inter Florida E.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The crowd rose to their feet as Aiuaba's Silas Arruda slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maurício Moura. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. Silas Arruda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurício Moura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Gonçalo Veiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurício Moura was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Aníbal Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Maurício Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 44 minutes, Gonçalo Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aiuaba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonçalo Veiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luís Fabiano Breckenfeld's late challenge caught a Aiuaba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Fabiano Breckenfeld helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Inter Florida E.C's Luís Fabiano Breckenfeld got a free kick in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aníbal Netto to strike the kick off in the second half. Aiuaba's Oséas Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aníbal Netto in the 59th minute of play. Oséas Paranaense didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Inter Florida E.C's Cléber Madureira shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 69 minutes, Gonçalo Veiga made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Maurício Moura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Aiuaba were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
