After 94 played minutes, Deliciosa EC's Elivélton Loureiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nilmar Pirani came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Deliciosa EC reached it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Deliciosa EC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
