In the 23rd minute, Dagoberto Sanches left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cauan Vides to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Cauan Vides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Fortim's Válter Messias got control of the ball when Osvaldinho Penha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fortim's Renan Brasil got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Osvaldinho Penha came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Valoes SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldinho Penha couldn't finish the play. Válter Messias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséas Vieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldinho Penha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fortim's goalkeeper Válter Messias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Osvaldinho Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Válter Messias having to interfere. A collision led to Fortim getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Renan Brasil hit a great ball. Osvaldinho Penha struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Válter Messias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valoes SC. The Valoes SC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Fortim from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
