Salgueirón FC's Ulysses Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Mineiro in the 6th minute of play. Dalmo Urbano didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Salgueirón FC's David Queiroz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Lucas Castro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dalmo Urbano having to make a save. Dário Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Dalmo Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 minutes, Wilian Paranaense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GrimDeath and the Salgueirón FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. GrimDeath's Dalmo Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Queiroz in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilian Paranaense in the 29th minute of play forced Salgueirón FC's goalkeeper Ulysses Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 played minutes Salgueirón FC got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Tepedino. 33 minutes into the match, Salgueirón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulão Vianna came free, but Ulysses Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, David Queiroz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 36 minutes in the game, Lucas Castro fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dalmo Urbano having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in GrimDeath's zone, Dário Arce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmo Urbano came out of the goal and Dário Arce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Salgueirón FC booed when GrimDeath was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulão Vianna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute of the match Salgueirón FC got a corner. GrimDeath's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucas Castro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ulysses Sabóia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilian Paranaense went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Jorge Mineiro made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, GrimDeath was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulão Vianna to maneuver through the defense. Paulão Vianna's late challenge caught a Salgueirón FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulão Vianna helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, GrimDeath's Paulão Vianna got a free kick in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Salgueirón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Mineiro came free, but Ulysses Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 60 minutes, Emerson Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salgueirón FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emerson Tróia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dalmo Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Tróia in the 63rd minute of play. After some careless play in the GrimDeath defense, Emerson Tróia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dalmo Urbano. The GrimDeath fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dalmo Urbano should have stopped the shot. Dário Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Dalmo Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Lucas Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salgueirón FC's Ulysses Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Mineiro in the 71st minute of play. Wilian Paranaense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Ulysses Sabóia made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Castro in the 74th minute of play forced GrimDeath's goalkeeper Dalmo Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Emerson Tróia came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Salgueirón FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emerson Tróia couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in GrimDeath's zone, David Queiroz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmo Urbano came out of the goal and David Queiroz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, Salgueirón FC's Emerson Tróia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dalmo Urbano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, GrimDeath's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Castro came free, but Dalmo Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salgueirón FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
