Spectators: 6433 (Terracing: 5433, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Flávio da Silveira made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Tiraninhos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Flávio da Silveira came free, but Laerte Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Eletro Power's Kiko Braga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laerte Salles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Laerte Salles came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Eletro Power's Kiko Braga. But to his dismay, Kiko Braga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Eletro Power's goalkeeper Márcio de Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artur Novaes. Laerte Salles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flávio da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Márcio de Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jânio Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jânio Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Eletro Power getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Norberto Gomes hit a great ball. 31 minutes in the game, Jânio Freitas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Márcio de Sousa having to interfere. Artur Novaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio de Sousa having to interfere. Jânio Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Márcio de Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jailson da Fonseca charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jailson da Fonseca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Raimundo de Almeida, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Jânio Freitas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Márcio de Sousa. Jânio Freitas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Jânio Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Márcio de Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artur Novaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio de Sousa having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jânio Freitas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Artur Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiraninhos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Novaes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Márcio de Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Eletro Power booed when Tiraninhos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Falcão Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute Artur Novaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márcio de Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eletro Power's goalkeeper Márcio de Sousa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kiko Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiraninhos FC's Laerte Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flávio da Silveira in the 76th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Tiraninhos FC's goalkeeper Laerte Salles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kiko Braga. Jânio Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio de Sousa having to interfere. A nice corner shot did that Anselmo Tepedino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Laerte Salles quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Laerte Salles was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Flávio da Silveira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 98 minute of play. Although Tiraninhos FC had been in control for most of the match, Eletro Power still came away with the win.
