Tony Pinheiro struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Ismael Favoretto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Garra F. C.. Ismael Favoretto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Pinheiro in the 17th minute of the match. Firmiano's Alessandro Tepedino got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silvério Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonsinho Toledo having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, Deportivo Garra F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glauco Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Tony Pinheiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Caio Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Firmiano getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Romeu Pereira hit a great ball. 0-1 became the score in the 35th minute when Caio Zonta elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvério Toledo got free with Afonsinho Toledo in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tony Pinheiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Tony Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Garra F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Pinheiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Favoretto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Firmiano's Ismael Favoretto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Pinheiro in the 54th minute of play. When Silvério Toledo came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Firmiano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvério Toledo couldn't finish the play. Firmiano's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Tepedino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caio Zonta got free with Ismael Favoretto in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the game, Tony Pinheiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ismael Favoretto. Tony Pinheiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Deportivo Garra F. C.'s Caio Zonta got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Pinheiro in the 94th minute of play forced Firmiano's goalkeeper Ismael Favoretto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Firmiano supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Deportivo Garra F. C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Deportivo Garra F. C..
