After 25 minutes C.A MATOGROSSENSE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jailson Penha who took care of the corner kick. Vágner Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Vágner Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisão Botelho in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Serafim da Silveira came out of the goal and Luisão Botelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafim da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaltino Vieira in the 79th minute of play. Serafim da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisão Botelho in the 81st minute of the match.
