But to his dismay, Décio Veiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. João Vítor Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto França, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Vaca Veia's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto França came free, but João Vítor Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Alberto França in the 21st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Décio Veiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Alberto França's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Vítor Santos was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Vaca Veia's zone, Alberto França stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Santos came out of the goal and Alberto França tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Alberto França who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vaca Veia's João Vítor Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Profeta EC fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Profeta EC's Alberto França looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Profeta EC's Décio Veiga got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 41 played minutes Profeta EC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto França. Profeta EC's Alberto França managed to work through Vaca Veia's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Alberto França dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafinha Moura made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Décio Veiga fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 52nd match minute, Vaca Veia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mané Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Vaca Veia's zone, Alberto França stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Santos came out of the goal and Alberto França tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute Décio Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Alberto França's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Vítor Santos was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Décio Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66th minute Rafinha Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Túlio Lucas in the 67th minute of play forced Profeta EC's goalkeeper Oséas Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Décio Veiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Vítor Santos was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. The supporters of Vaca Veia booed when Profeta EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto França didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Profeta EC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. William Linhares hit a great ball. Alberto França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. João Vítor Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Décio Veiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto França struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. João Vítor Santos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Profeta EC. The crowd rose to their feet as Décio Veiga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving João Vítor Santos. That made the score 0-4 in the 94 minute of play. Profeta EC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
